Greetings Riders, I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and will have a great 2012. It is absolutely amazing that New Years Day was good enough for a short ride. I must say that by the looks of things now, it’s time to get the snow machine out.
Thanks to all who attended the Christmas Party. It was a good time with excellent food and lots of laughs. The auction made $184.00 and was a lot of fun. I would like to make it a little bit larger next year, as many people brought items in. We will designate the $184.00 to a donation during our February meeting.
DUES ARE DUE! Yes it's that time again. Dues are $12.00 and must be accompanied by a membership form for this year. The forms are on our website. Please place your signature in all applicable locations. You can mail a check and your form to me at: Bruce Dauer, 5344 Amalfi Drive, Clay, NY 13041. You can also leave them at the Legion with the bartender. Please address your envelope to my attention. And of course you can pay at the membership meeting. Please try to get your dues in as soon as possible, as this helps a lot with our balances and operation.
Our next meeting is February 7th instead of the 14th. We have some pertinent business on the agenda and some decisions regarding donations. Also our Sgt at Arms/Road Captain is requesting you to give some thought to any rides or activities you would like to plan for 2012.
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR BINGO! SIGN UP SHEETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE MEETING. THIS IS ONLY ONCE A MONTH AND IS IN TWO SHIFTS. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ACTIVITY THAT GENERATES REVENUE FOR OUR OPERATIONS AND DONATIONS. STEP UP AND HELP OUT. THANK YOU.
