Some monsters in the game also drop Silver Centrum, like:

Elemental Crocodile: In the mission, I See a Chromatic Vision, you can find three elementaldiles that are easy to kill. While they don’t drop Silver Centrum, they do drop Flamebeast, Frostbeast, and Landbeast Horns, which you can trade at the Knickknack shack for Silver Centrum.

Skeletons: Some missions in the game have large groups of skeletons that are often very weak, so they’re easier to farm on higher difficulties. An example of a mission with easy-to-kill skeletons is Beyond the Forgotten Graveyard. Although skeletons don’t drop Silver Centrum as much, it’s still a viable way to farm for it because they’re quick to kill despite their large numbers.
