At the time of writing this article, Princess Peach: Showtime! is only confirmed to be released for the Nintendo Switch. It’s available to preorder both physically and digitally from the Nintendo Store.
With that being said, the game will likely also be playable on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. If it doesn’t get an official port to that console, then it will likely be playable through the rumored Nintendo Switch backward compatibility.
As for when the Nintendo Switch 2 might be released, Princess Peach: Showtime! marks the last major first-party title that has a release date on the Nintendo Switch. All other major releases are remakes or remasters, even though there are some notable third-party releases like Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. Additionally, there’s also the Metroid title that’s been in development since 2019, but it doesn’t have a release date as of yet.
