Enlightened Judgements is a Waist Slot that can increase your spell hit for all spells by 17%. Additionally, it increases the range of your Judgement by 30 yards.
Enlightened Judgements Location
If you want to get to the Enlightened Judgements location, you will have to locate the three specific beads that are found in the Arathi Highlands. These include:

The Tarnished Prayer Bead I can be obtained from humanoid foes, such as Syndicate Rogues, Witherbark Medicine Men, and different Dark Iron Dwarves. Once you have it, purify the bead by invoking Blessing of Might.
The Tarnished Prayer Bead II can be found among Boulderfist Ogres west of Refuge Pointe and casting Divine Shield on health below 10% will purify the bread.
Lastly, Tarnished Prayer Bead III is dropped by Witherbark Shadow Hunters and demands the use of Seal of Justice with Judgement on a fleeing target. Once you’ve collected all three beads and combined them into a Rosary, deliver it to Brother Atticus at Stormgarde Keep to obtain the rune.
