The Fastest Cars in GTA 5
First things first. Before the launch of GTA 6, we’ll be going through some of the fastest cars you can find and drive in the story mode of GTA 5. To make things easier, we’ll be starting with the fastest and going down in speed from there.
1. Vapid Pißwasser Dominator
The fastest car players can get their hands on in GTA 5’s story mode is by far the Vapid Pißwasser Dominator. With a top speed of 165.50 mph, or 203.58 km/h, this muscle car is based on the real-life Ford Mustang, showcasing Rockstar’s aim to keep things realistic.
However, acquiring this weapon isn’t as easy as just coming across it on the street. Instead, this vehicle is unlocked after winning the third Stock Car Race, after which all three protagonists in the game can access it from the special vehicles menu in their garage.
2. Truffade Z-Type
Up next is the Truffade Z-Type. With a top speed of 126.25 mph, or 203.18 km/h, players can buy this vehicle without having to race or work for it. The bad news, however, is that the price of the Truffade Z-Type is a whopping $10,000,000.
If you have the money to burn on this vehicle, then you can always go to the in-game internet to get this car based on the real-life Bugatti Type 57. Ah yes, buying cars from the internet. No wonder GTA 5 is one of the best GTA games.
3. Truffade Adder
The final GTA 5 story mode car we want to take a closer look at and the third-fastest car in GTA 5 is the Truffade Adder. This supercar has a max speed of 124.75 mph, or 200.77 km/h, and is based on a real-life Bugatti Super Veyron, Saab Aero-X.
Luckily, there are two ways players can acquire this vehicle. The first is by simply coming across it on the street, and the second is by buying it for a respectable $1,000,000.
The Fastest Cars in GTA Online
Now that we’ve gone through the fastest cars in GTA 5 it’s time to go through the fastest cars in GTA Online. One thing to keep in mind is that since GTA Online continues to get updates, this list can get old really quickly.
1. BF Weevil Custom
If we’re talking about driving a car on the road, then the fastest car in GTA Online is definitely the BF Weevil Custom. With a top speed of 137.5 mph, or 221.28 kp/h, this custom vehicle can be obtained by first buying the standard BF Weevil for a total of $870,000 and then covering it with this custom variant.
While some other cars in GTA Online can potentially give you a better top speed than the BF Weevil Custom when off-road, this car is unbeatable on the road.
2. Ocelot Pariah
Up next is the Ocelot Pariah. With a top speed of 136 mph, this sports car was part of the infamous Doomsday Heist update. For a good while, this car used to be the fastest car in the game until it was dethroned by the BF Weevil Custom. Regardless, we figured it deserves a spot on this list, if only for being the fastest non-customized car in GTA Online.
This concludes everything you need to know about the fastest cars in GTA 5 and the fastest car in GTA Online. It’s time to get out there and start driving to your heart’s content. For more from GamingFlaws, check out Which Naughty Dog Game Has The Most Characters?
