Fortnite has become a sort of global phenomenon over the years, and that’s largely thanks to the high number of crossovers that Epic Games continues to bring to the game. Among all of the playable skins of all of the recognizable IPs, there are a bunch of skins based on superheroes that we all know and love. However, have you ever wondered which Fortnite superhero skins are the best of the best? We did, and we decided to do something to answer that question.
So, if you’ve ever asked yourself which are the best Fortnite superhero skins, then you’re in the perfect place.

10. Wonder Woman (Diana of Themyscira)
First up is arguably the most popular and iconic female superhero of all time in the form of Wonder Woman. Similar to most skins on this list, the Wonder Woman skin boasts two alternate versions. The first is her iconic look that you’re probably used to seeing in cartoons and movies, while the second is her New-52 look that was introduced in the New-52 animated universe.
While Diana’s skin is definitely iconic, especially with her lasso of truth hanging on her waist, the reason it barely made the cut in our best Fortnite superhero skins is that it’s just, well, basic. One stand-out feature of this skin is the Gauntlets of Hephaestus, and it’s mesmerizing enough to land Diana a spot on this list.
9. Wolverine (Logan)
Up next is our favorite slashing mutant, Weapon X. The stand-out feature of this skin is that it has not one, not two, not even three alternate styles, but 5 alternate selectable styles in addition to his iconic yellow and blue one. The Wolverine skin’s alternate colors include:
- Classic Wolverine
- Logan
- Silver Foil
- Gold Foil
- Holo Foil
Naturally, it wasn’t easy to unlock all of the Wolverine skin styles, but those who made the effort and dedication were rewarded with some of the best Fortnite superhero skins available.
8. Spider-Man (Miles Morales)
It’s time to head into the Spiderverse with Spider-Man (Miles Morales). While not as iconic as the Peter Parker red and blue skin, Miles’ skin is still a fan favorite thanks to the extremely successful animated movies he headlines. While his Fortnite superhero skin does suffer from the same issue as Wonder Woman’s skin, which is that he only has one decent alternate skin, the teenage Spider-Man’s exaggerated swagger more than makes up for it.
7. Batman Zero (Bruce Wayne)
Okay, so Batman has a BUNCH of different skins in Fortnite, which might be because he’s Batman. However, Batman Zero stands out for being just too cool to pass up. Think if Batman and Punisher had a baby and that baby trained under Nathan Drake and never missed the gym. That’s right, you’d have Batman Zero. There isn’t any super-expensive Waynetech here, just Bruce’s sheer willpower and grit.
6. Thanos
Okay, we understand that this isn’t technically a Fortnite superhero skin since Thanos is far from being a superhero in most renditions, but since the green alien has some supporters for the controversial snap, we thought it couldn’t hurt to add him to this list.
While Thanos is indeed iconic, especially for his role on the big screen as the big bad of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Infinity Stone Saga, the reason he lands so high on this list is that he had a usable Infinity Gauntlet weapon when he was first added to Fortnite. The weapon might not be usable anymore, but the memories we made still linger on.
5. Harley Quinn (Harleen Quinzel)
With the launch of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, we just had to include the infamous Harley Quinn on this list. Whether you’re a fan of her from the Suicide Squad movies or the Birds of Prey movie, there’s a skin style for you.
The best thing about this skin is how players have the option to acquire either the Punchline pickaxe, which is a wooden mallet, or the Heavy Hitter, which is Harley’s iconic baseball bat. Of course, they both have the audio effects one would expect from this comedic clown-themed anti-hero.
4. Beast Boy (Garfield Logan)
Some of you might recognize Beast Boy from some adaptation of Teen Titans, while others might remember his darker version from the live-action Titans show. Regardless of where you know this green hero from, we’re sure most of you are wondering why he’s so high on this list when the likes of Spider-Man and Wonder Woman are lower.
Well, we have two words for you. Gorilla. Transformation. That’s right, not only does Beast Boy have two different styles, one being his classic super suit and the other being his street clothes, but his “Go Ape” emote allows you to transform into a green ape whenever you want. What’s cooler than that?
3. Superman (Clark Kent)
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Oh, it’s Superman. Well, it could be Clark Kent too if you want, because the stand-out feature of the Superman skin in Fortnite is the Secret Identity, which allows players to switch between Superman and Clark Kent whenever they please.
That’s right, the fact that you technically get two skins for the price of one makes this one of the best Fortnite superhero skins in the entire game.
2. Eddie Brock and Venom
Similar to Superman’s skin, players get two skins for the price of one by getting the Venom skin. However, unlike the other skin where Clark Kent and Superman are literally the same person, the same doesn’t apply to Eddie and Venom.
By using the built-in emote, it’s possible to switch between Venom and Eddie Brock at will. Oh, and did we mention that you also unlock two different pickaxes that CHANGE depending on which form you’re playing as? Talk about cool.
1. Mystique (Raven Darkhölme)
Now, you might be wondering what could possibly be a better Fortnite superhero skin than Superman and Venom. Well, let us introduce to you Mystique. While some of the other skins we mentioned have emotes that allow you to change between two pre-determined skins, with Mystique you can literally become whoever you want.
After you get a kill in the game, all you have to do is use the built-in Shapeshift emote and you’ll transform into the player you just defeated. This means that you can technically use any skin in the game. As long as you have the skills to take the original owner of the skin down, of course.
This concludes our list of the ten best Fortnite superhero skins. Did we miss a skin that you liked? Do let us know, and we’ll definitely consider them if we ever make a similar list in the future. For another top 10 list by us check out The Best Sim Racing Games Ranked.
