It is up to you to decide which task you want to choose to complete the quest. Read on learn about both the task and how to complete them.
How To Defeat Pauurc, The Farseer’s Heir
Pauurc, The Farseer’s Heir, is a hidden boss from the Dreaming City that spawns in Rheasilvia. However, it spawns at certain times only. It will not spawn if a Public Event is active. You will find this boss when Taken and Scorn are fighting each other.
You will have to wait for a message saying A Saboteur wanders the Dreaming City. When it appears, a Taken miniboss will spawn either near Harbinger’s Seclude or on the Rheasilvia overlook bridge.
Hunt down the Taken mini boss, they will drop an Awoken Charge, the same orb used in The Corrupted Strike. You need to pick the orb and enter a pool of light.
Next up, you need to deposit the orb on a small island (with a massive Awoken statue) situated on the eastern edge of Rheasilvia. You have approximately two minutes to deposit it, if you’re fast enough a message will pop up: Pauurc, the Farseer’s Heir, has come to collect.
This will initiate the boss fight. In order to defeat the boss, you need to head back to the cathedral to confront the Taken Ogre and eliminate Taken Saboteurs to generate Awoken Charges.
It will be used for breaking Pauurc’s shield. However, this time around you don’t to charge the orbs. Simply throw the orbs directly at Pauurc to break through his shield and inflict damage. You need to repeat the process until the boss is defeated.
How To Defeat Taken Minibosses
In order to the Taken miniboss, your best bet is to farm The Corrupted Strike in the Dreaming City. You need to load up on the Corrupted Strike at the start of the mission, defeat the Taken enemies, and repeat.
However, if you don’t mind waiting a few minutes, you can actually finish this objective in Rheasilvia itself. In order to pull it off, you need to head to the overlook roughly two minutes before a Public Event starts.
The Scorn and Taken will be fighting each other, and most of them will be tagged as minibosses. You need to equip your best weapon and take them down.
